FOUNDER

Hotel Management School graduate, kicked off his career in 1994, at leading catering company; Sogeres in Paris.

In 2001 joined the MARC restaurant group in London, after 4 successful years, two of the restaurants were awarded the Michelin Stars.

From 2005 and to 2007 invested and focused on turning around a restaurant chain in London. In 2010 moved to the Dubai and set up Glee Hospitality. Now in its 12th year, Glee Hospitality successfully launched and managed regionally over 150 concepts.

Continuing with this trend of technological symbiosis with the F&B market, with the backing of Angel investors and Women Spark out of Saudi launched Eighty6 in Q4 of 2021. Eighty 6 is a F&B focused B2B marketplace, connecting restaurants and Suppliers.

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Graduate from a state university with Master in Law diploma Natalya has decided to turn around her career path and enroll into Hotel Management School. After successful graduation with an MA in International Hospitality and Tourism she perused her passion in Restaurant industry.

Now with over 12 years of international experience in Food & Beverage industry across Russia, Europe and Middle East. Specialized in F&B business development, specifically on concept creation, pre-opening project management and implementation with the great emphasis on brand image and attention to details. Providing A-Z pre-opening solutions for Hotel F&B, as well as standalone outlets. Throughout her career successfully launched over 25 restaurants.
